Three Steps to Your First Recurring Invoice
Fill in one profile per customer. After that, the system follows the dates you set.
1. Create the Profile
Customer name and email, the items you bill them and the amount. One profile per customer.
2. Set the Cycle and Start Date
Every month, every 2 weeks or every 3 months: pick the cycle, the day it bills on and when it starts. Add an end date if the contract ends.
3. Choose How Invoices Go Out
Have each invoice emailed when it is generated, or hold it for you to review first.
