Hardware — common questions

Do I have to buy the hardware?
No — hardware is an optional add-on. The Niagawan POS software runs on compatible devices you may already have. Buy the terminal only if you want a dedicated till.
Is there a monthly fee on hardware?
No. Every hardware item is a one-time purchase. The software plan (PosPro 4.0, RM797/year) is separate.
Which terminal should I pick?
iMin Falcon 1 (RM1,600) is the all-in-one countertop till. iMin Swan 2 (RM1,800) adds a second screen that faces your customer. Chat with us on WhatsApp and we help you choose.
What else do I need besides the terminal?
It depends on your shop. Retail counters usually add the barcode scanner and cash drawer; F&B setups often add a WiFi printer for kitchen tickets.
