Pembayaran berkala kepada Supplier (Partial Payment)

Partial Payment adalah bayaran secara berkala @ sikit-sikit iaitu sedikit demi sedikit.

Contoh ” Tuan & Puan ada membeli stok yang bernilai keseluruhan pada Total Invoice sebanyak RM 3000 , dan Tuan & Puan membayar deposit terlebih dahulu dengan harga RM 1000. Jadi baki yang belum dijelaskan lagi adalah sebanyak RM 2000.

Jadi bayaran yang dibuat tersebut perlu dimasukkan dalam Purchase Payment.

Cara untuk merekodkan deposit payment adalah seperti berikut : 

1. Menu > Expenses / Purchase
2. Klik Purchase Invoice 
3. Pilih Purchase Invoice yang terlibat
4. Klik > Purchase Payment
5. Select Date dan klik butang ◀️▶️ untuk selection DD-MM-YYY di Kalendar
6. Masukkan Amoun Bayaran
7. Offsetkan invoice yang dibayar, dengan kllik Butang  ▶️. (once invoice at a time) 
8. Select Cara Bayaran, iaitu Bank/Cash
9. Masukkan Remarks. (Tidak Wajib)

Selepas itu , jika bayaran lebihan sebanyak Rm2000 sudah dijelaskan , boleh merekodkan seperti cara di bawah : 

1. Klik Purchase Invoice.
2. Klik button payment.
3. Klik icon +.
4. Kemudian akan keluar form ,boleh isi lebihan bayaran dan select number invoice.
5. Klik button save.
