Macam mana nak masukkan Opening Balance For Stock

Untuk memasukkan Opening Balance for Stock hendaklah mengambil kira nilai / amount sahaja. Cara untuk kita nak mengetahui berapa nilainya adalah seperti contoh :

“Dekat kedai kita ada sebanyak 50 kuantiti botol yang belum dijual. Harga botol tersebut adalah RM 3.50 per unit. Nilai opening stock di sini adalah sebanyak RM 175.00 “

Langkah-langkah untuk nak masukkan Opening Balance for Stock adalah seperti berikut :

1. Menu > Account Report.
2. Klik Ledger Book.
3. Klik button + untuk tambah transaction baru.
4. Masukkan tarikh, particular seperti Opening Balance for Stock dan amount.
5. Transaction DEBIT.
6. Pilih ledger Stock Purchase/Inventory.
7. Klik button save.
8. Klik Ledger Book semula.
9. Klik icon + untuk tambah transaction baru.
10. Masukkan tarikh , particular dan amount sama seperti key in Opening Stock tadi.
11. Transaction KREDIT.
12. Pilih ledger Owner Previous Balance.
13. Klik save.

Nota : Setiap transaction harus direkod secara double entry iaitu ada debit dan juga kredit.
