Cara Merekodkan Bank Charges

Bank Charges merupakan caj tambahan yang dikenakan oleh bank jika kita menggunakan credit atau debit card , proses cheque , ATM card , caj yang dikenakan terhadap kemas kini account dan lhttps://niagawan.com/my/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Testimonial-1.jpeg-lhttps://niagawan.com/my/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Testimonial-1.jpeg lagi. Bank charges ini juga merupakan expenses kepada company.

Cara merekod bank charges adalah seperti berikut : 

1. Menu > Expenses / Purchase.

2. Klik New Expense.
3.  Masukkan maklumat yang diperlukan seperti :-
   > Tarikh 
   > Nama Pembayar (Tidak Wajib)
   > Butir-butir
   > Amaun
   > Rujukan (Tidak Wajib)
   > Select Sumber : Bank / Tunai
   > Select Lejar Bank Charge
4. Untuk semak transaksi tersebut, Menu > Account / Reports.
5. Klik Cash Book > Kredit (Money Out)
