Cara Rekod Accrual Expenses

Accrual Expenses adalah perbelanjaan terakru seperti contoh bil perbelanjaan pada tahun 2019 akan di bayar pada tahun 2020.

Cara rekod accrual expenses adalah seperti berikut :

STEP PERTAMA : Rekodkan pada bahagian Ledger Book.

1. Customized ledger Accrual Expenses (Liability)

2. Rekodkan transaction ke dalam Ledger Book seperti :

a) Menu > Account Report.
b) Klik Ledger Book.
c) Klik icon + untuk tambah transaction baru.
d) Masukkan tarikh, particular seperti Electricity beserta amount.
e) Transaction DEBIT.
f) Pilih ledger Electricity , Water & Utilities.
g) Klik button save.

h) Klik Ledger Book.
i) Klik icon + untuk tambah transaction baru.
j) Masukkan tarikh, particular seperti Electricity Accrual beserta amount.
k) Transaction CREDIT.
l) Pilih ledger Accrual Expenses.
m) Klik button save.

STEP KEDUA : Rekodkan pembayaran expenses yang dibuat pada tahun 2020.

1. Boleh rekod di New Expenses dan pilih ledger Electricity , Water & Utilities.

Klik nota cara rekod expenses ——-> Cara Rekod Expenses

STEP KETIGA – Adjustment pada Ledger book (Untuk Hapuskan Nilai tersebut)

1. Rekodkan pada Ledger Book.

a) Menu > Account Report.
b) Klik Ledger Book.
c) Klik icon + untuk tambah transaction baru.
d) Masukkan tarikh, particular seperti Electricity Accrual beserta amount.
e) Transaction DEBIT.
f) Pilih ledger Accrual Expenses.
g) Klik button save.

h) Klik Ledger Book.
i) Klik icon + untuk tambah transaction baru.
j) Masukkan tarikh, particular seperti Electricity beserta amount.
k) Transaction CREDIT.
l) Pilih ledger Electricity , Water & Utilities.
m) Klik button save.
