Bagaimana cara rekod Loan / Pinjaman dari Pihak Bank dan setiap bulan syarikat akan bayar?

Boleh follow step dibawah untuk keyin permulaan wang masuk as receivable loan dari pihak bank di Cash Book.

Penerimaan Loan
1. Menu > Accounts / Reports.
2. Klik Cash Book.
3. Klik pada ikon ➕ untuk Tambah New Rekod.
4. Masukkan maklumat yang diperlukan seperti :-
    > Tarikh
    > Butir-butir
    > Amaun
    > Transaction Type : DEBIT (Money In)
    > Nama Pembayar (Tidak Wajib)
    > Rujukan (Tidak Wajib)
    > Muatnaik Lampiran Screenshot Resit Bayaran (Tidak Wajib)
5. Akhir sekali, klik Simpan.

Pembayaran Loan
Dan onced ada pengeluaran wang untuk bayaran balik pinjaman, boleh rekod in Cash Book > Klik pada ikon ➕ untuk Tambah New Rekod > Transaction Type : KREDIT (Money Out).Akhir sekali, rekod transaksi bayaran dan juga pinjaman ini setkan di Ledger Book sebagai Pinjaman Jangka Panjang (liabiliti). 

INFO PENTING : Cara merekod interest rate yang dicaj berdasarkan pinjaman yang dibuat. 

Contoh ” Puan Auni meminjam sebanyak RM 75000 dari Bank ABC dan interest rate yang dikenakan adalah sebanyak RM 2500. 

Cara Merekod : 
1.   Klik Ledger Book.
2.   Klik icon “+”.
3.   Isikan maklumat seperti tarikh , amount, particular (Interest Rate).
4.   Transaction Type : Credit.
5.   Pilih ledger yang sama seperti rekod loan di atas (liability).
6.   Klik button save.

7.   Klik Ledger Book.
8.   Klik icon “+”.
9.   Isikan maklumat seperti tarikh amount, particular (Interest Rate).10. Transacation Type : Debit.
11. Pilih ledger expenses (Loan Interest).
12.  Klik button save.
