Oleh itu, setiap Jumaat, Niagawan akan mengadakan &#8216;Healthy Breakfast&#8217; yang bertujuan untuk menggalakkan pengambilan sarapan bagi semua staff di samping memastikan semua staf sentiasa mengamalkan pemakanan yang sihat dalam kehidupan seharian.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Setiap menu berbeza mengikut minggu dan bergantung kepada kumpulan-kumpulan yang dipertanggungjawab untuk menyediakan menu bagi hari tersebut. Yang pasti, kalori bagi setiap menu yang disediakan tidak melebihi 300 &#8211; 400 kcal seperti yang disarankan oleh Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bagi minggu ini, Marketing Team telah dipertanggungjawabkan untuk menyediakan menu bagi Healthy Breakfast. Menu yang dipilih ialah roti wholemeal bersama tuna.
